Raifalsa is the only company processing horseradish in France and the last sweet mustard factory in Alsace. Since 1873, the heart of our business is to highlight the aroma of horseradish and develop a variety of fresh mustard refined taste.

Our ancestral knowledge of the transformation, respect assemblies and fine grinding of our products can reveal the intense flavors and typed of horseradish and soft mustard to ensure a smooth texture on all of our culinary amenities.

Raifalsa has a staff of 15 people has tripled in less than two years (2007-2008) with a skilled, passionate and concerned team about product quality.



Horseradish from Alsace – a herbaceous plant of the cruciferous family which has transformed the root - is a culinary pleasure with a strong and pronounced personality. It allows the strength according to value and put reveal their flavors. This plant is a source of inspiration for many cooks and gourmets. Thanks to its characteristics, combine zest, strength and flavor, it may appear throughout the meal by complementing traditional or unusual.

The sweet mustard from Alsaceis obtained from a mix of brown seeds of Brassica juncea variety for taste and power, and yellow seeds of the variety Sinapis Alba for softness. It is historically produced in Alsace from the 19th century by a hundred “Moutarderies” according to a manufacturing process different from the mustard. Alélor, founded in 1873, is today the last mustard factory fresh tradition.
